About Jesus - Steve Sweetman

I am a Christian as defined in Biblical terms, thus a Biblical world view is foundational to my thinking. What you read on my site is a product of studying the Bible since 1970. This site is directed mostly to those who call themselves Christian or are serious "About Jesus". I am 61 years old and live with my wife Dianne, in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. I grew up in a Free Methodist Church family. Jesus healed me of Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 5 or else I would have died long ago. I studied at Elim Bible Inst., Lima, New York, U.S.A. in the 1970's. In the1970's I was also involved in the Jesus People/Charismatic Movement.

I've been active in all aspects of church life over the years. I am Charismatic/Pentecostal by experience but not by doctrine. I enjoy teaching the Bible, leading home groups, writing, playing guitar, all kinds of music, and photography. I am legally blind but not spiritually blind. I don't claim to have all the answers, but I do know why I believe, and so should you if you call yourself Christian.
