Don't let the title of this book scare you off. It's what's in the book that will actually scare you.
I would highly recommend this book. Rip Ripken, not his real name, has been a missionary in Africa and has traveled the communist, Muslim, and Hindu nations documenting the recent revival to Jesus in those parts of the world. There are many true stories recorded in this book that might easily bring you to tears.
I tell you in advance that I doubt if you can read this book without your heart being ripped. The suffering and the persecution experienced by Christians in other parts of the world are hard to handle as you read them.
This book makes our western world Christianity look pretty pathetic. I think this book is a must to read by all western world Christians.
