About Jesus Steve Sweetman Worship and Clipart While typing in the word "worship" into my most used clip art program I was hoping to find lots of pictures with people's hands raised to the Lord. Yet what did I find? Ninety nine percent of the pictures were of church buildings. There were no pictures of people in a posture of worship. It just goes to show you what the secular world thinks of when they think of the word worship. As Christians we know that a church building may be a place where people can worship. A building itself is not the church, nor is it worship. People worship when they live a holy life before the Lord and then express it when they come together in what we call a worship service.
